VAFI and RAFI is a festival of animated movies devoted to children and youth. The Festival has two sections – VAFI section in Varaždin (animated movies made by children and youth) and RAFI section in Rijeka (animated movies for children and youth). Every year, the Festival has a Partner country and program is dedicated through promoting variety and richness through an animated movies.
